Avocado Toast with a Twist

Paneer Avocado Toast!



Slice a 1/4” think slice of paneer ( should fit the bread slice)

Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Sprinkle in couple pinches of turmeric, red chili powder, and chat masala. Place sliced paneer. Cook till golden brown and crisp. Flip and cook other side. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Remove an keep warm.

Toast a slice of bread. Top with paneer, sliced tomato and then avocado, Cilantro, and chilies. Sprinkle lime juice and serve.

Serve With fresh watermelon and mint juice.
