Another favorite cookbook of mine is “The Great American Desserts” by none other than Mrs. Fields. I own this book since it’s first release in 1996!
Our favorite thing to make from this book are muffins. It’s blueberry season and an easy Saturday morning. We gather in the kitchen...again! Orange scented Blueberry Muffins are nothing like you have ever tasted, better than any bakery! Bursting with fresh blueberries, a tender crumb and sparkling sugar crust, these really are the best. Perfect relaxed breakfast with a glass if freshly squeezed orange juice!
