Pineapple Margaritas in Spring!

A perfect cocktail for a Spring Brunch, California style!


Margarita Mix:

1/2 cups lemon juice, about 8 limes

1/2 cup fresh orange juice 2 cups white tequila 2 cups Triple Sec 3 1/2 cups fresh pineapple juice Fresh pineapple and lemon slices, for garnish

Salt Or Sugar Rim Cocktail Glasses:

2 shallow plates

1/4 cup margarita mix

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 Course Sea Salt OR Cane Sugar

In a shallow plate add about quarter cup of margarita mix. In another shallow plate add 1/4 cup of either a) course sea salt mixed with zest of 1 lemon or b) cane sugar mixed with zest of 1 lemon. Dip edges of the glasses into the mix. Immediately dip evenly into margarita salt mix. Set side till ready to serve!


  1. Combine the lemon juice, orange juice, tequila, Triple Sec, and pineapple juice In a pitcher.

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2-way with ice and fill 2/3 full with the margarita mixture. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into glasses.

  3. Decorate with fresh pineapple and lemon slices and serve ice cold.
