An abundance of peppers, peppers and peppers!!! Green bell peppers, poblano peppers, jalapeños, and red Serrano chilies!

Perfect to make a Mexican dinner tonight. “Rajas (rahas) Poblanos Crema” Which translates to “poblano strips with crema Fresca”.

Strips of charred chilies folded into a rich mixture of onions and cream. Sprinkled with lime juice and coriander served with fresh guacamole, refried pinto beans and corn tortillas. Yum, Yum, yummy!
